About Me
I hold a Bachelor’s in Music Education from the University of Utah, where I just finished a Master’s of Educational Psychology, as part of the Instructional Design and Educational Technology Program.
I’ve spent much time both in front of classrooms as a facilitator or teacher and outside of classrooms as a content writer, eLearning developer, or instructional designer. My particular interests are in eLearning, accessible design, and multimedia production.
I currently work for Samsung Electronics America as a Training Manager, focusing on contact center operations training, product launches, new hire, and upskilling trainings.
In my spare time, I am an avid guitarist, staying active by playing in bands and small projects. I also enjoy video games, root for the New England Patriots, regularly attend shows and live music, am in constant pursuit of the best way to smoke meat, and in the summer I spend my weekends golfing!
I currently reside in Auburn, Washington where I live with my wife and our two pets — our dog Odin and our cat Sif.
